Governing Law

Your use of this Website and any purchase by you on this Website of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.

Dispatch

Goods are normally dispatched within 1-5 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know your dispatch date with the option to cancel. All orders are sent via Royal Mail & TNT courier service.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods or have changed your mind you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods, return the goods exactly how they were and receive either a full refund or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail to us before returning goods, telling us what goods you are returning and why.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely with PayPal. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
